The posting

Job Description:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the after school care programme.
  • Care for and nurture a group of school-going children before and after school hours.
  • Provide homework supervision and plan/conduct engaging programmes and activities for children.
  • Inculcate positive values and instill discipline in children.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in after-school or educational programmes.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, caring, and able to maintain discipline in a nurturing manner.

Duration/Working hours:

2 months contract (Immediate)

Working Hours:

  • School Days: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included; 8 working hours)
  • Non-School Days (Flexi Shift): Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break included; 8 working hours) Afternoon Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included; 8 working hours)

Candidates may be scheduled for either the morning or afternoon shift depending on operational needs.
