The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ICT workshops and basic/intermediate ICT lessons for staff and students.
  • Provide support for Google Workspace, Chrome/Android, MS Teams and Google Meet.
  • Support teachers and students with ICT, software, hardware and AV-related troubleshooting.
  • Operate and maintain projectors, AV equipment and other classroom technology.
  • Photograph and record school events, including video editing and post-production.
  • Develop instructional videos, lesson guides and media content for school events.
  • Maintain the school ICT portal, digital signage and ICT-related records.
  • Support equipment loans, stock-takes and other ICT administrative tasks.
  • Guide students in photo/video editing and support media-related competitions and CCA activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification/certification in ICT, multimedia or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT/AV support; school-based experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in photography, videography and post-production.
  • Good knowledge of Chrome OS and iOS.
  • Strong communication, presentation and training skills.
  • Knowledge of programming is an advantage.
  • Candidates are required to submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract ( Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)

Monday : from 07300hr to 1630hr

Tuesday : from 07300hr to 1630hr

Wednesday: from 07300hr to 1630hr

Thursday: from 07300hr to 1630hr

Friday: from 07300hr to 1600hr

Inclusive of ½ hour lunch break from Monday to Friday.

(Tentative working hours, subjected to change based on school time table)

  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
