The posting

looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and operational support for healthcare education and faculty development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project implementation and stakeholder enquiries for medical school initiatives.
  • Coordinate clinical training arrangements for healthcare students.
  • Verify Faculty Development claims and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and discrepancies.
  • Organise meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials coordination, and minute-taking.
  • Provide general administrative and project support as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree with at least 2 years of work experience; OR
  • Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to meet competing deadlines.
  • Good organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with data verification and administrative processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the healthcare or education sector is an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend for another 9 months)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
