The posting

Receptionist duties (Main)

  • To provide frontline customer service i.e. man the reception; answer phone queries; attend to walk-in customers (including visitors, vendors, parents and students), receive delivery of goods; attend to unwell students and provide basic first aid when necessary; handle loan of spare uniforms and lost & found items.
  • Contact parents to follow up on submission of documents; MC/excuse letter submissions from students.

Other Administrative duties

  • Manage Student Report book; file and photocopy documents such as result slips.
  • Print materials such as worksheets and exam papers; other administrative duties when required etc

Requirement:

N / O level or its equivalent Has experience working with school students in school settings. Fluent in written and spoken English. Able to work both independently and as part of the Administration team

Duration / Working hours:

11 months contract (15/12/2025 to 27/11/2026)

Monday to Friday: 7am - 4.30pm (Including 1 hour lunch break)
