The posting

Seeking a meticulous and IT-savvy Temporary Research Assistant to support international study data collection and branch administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and process administrative data submitted by schools
  • Liaise with schools on data submissions and clarifications
  • Support communications and correspondence tracking
  • Assist with data processing and preparation of study materials
  • Prepare reports and administrative documents using MS Office tools
  • Maintain office supplies, inventories, and records
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable using IT automation tools/macros; VBA skills are an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and one Mother Tongue Language
  • Organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in data management/admin support
  • Fresh graduates with strong IT proficiency are welcome to apply

Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree holders preferred

Hourly Salary Range

  • SGD $15 – $20 per hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm wiht 1 hour lunch break

(37.5 hours per week)
