Job Descriptions

  • Support fact-finding, investigations and documentation of student misconduct and bullying cases.
  • Monitor recurring disciplinary cases and follow up with students on behavioural matters.
  • Engage students, including at-risk students, and provide pastoral and behavioural support.
  • Conduct regular patrols and support discipline during assigned hours.
  • Supervise students during detention, in-school suspension, recess and school activities.
  • Support restorative conversations, corrective counselling and student intervention programmes.
  • Assist with CCTV reviews and case management where required.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding disciplinary matters and follow-up actions.
  • Work with school personnel and external agencies to support students requiring additional assistance.
  • Attend student management meetings and maintain relevant case records.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including during HBL days and school holidays.
  • Assist with examination duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with children or youths, particularly in behavioural, disciplinary or social-emotional settings.
  • Able to engage positively with students and manage challenging behaviour calmly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Comfortable with investigations, report writing and confidential case documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with restorative practices and case management is advantageous.

Duration/Working Hours:

11 months - option to extend for a further 11 months (Jan 2027 to Nov 2027) (extension from Jan 2028 to Nov 2028)

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

Fridays: 7:30am to 4pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
