Key Responsibilities:

  • Route feedback to the correct department accurately and promptly
  • Respond to public feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Contact members of the public to clarify feedback when necessary

Requirements:

  • A Levels, Diploma, or Degree
  • Experience in feedback management or triaging is an advantage
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months (maximum 12 months)

Duration/working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
