The Opportunity

The AVL Systems Coordinator is a hands-on technical expert who ensures all audio, video, and lighting systems are installed, maintained, and working smoothly during services and events across every campus.

This person will provide excellent technical support, training, and encouragement to staff, contractors, and volunteers — partnering closely with the Central IT Systems Team, Mount Pleasant Production Team, and the broader Technology Team to deliver distraction-free worship experiences every weekend.

What You'll Do

Own AVL Installation & Maintenance

• Install and maintain all AVL systems across all campuses, including audio consoles (DiGiCo Q338 and Q225, Allen & Heath Avantis and SQ series), speakers, amplifiers, wireless mics and IEMs, video switchers, routers, cameras, projectors and TVs, LED walls, lighting fixtures, lighting consoles, meeting room/conference systems, acoustic panels

• Support and troubleshoot all related software including but not limited to ProPresenter, Ableton Live, Klang, Waves SoundGrid, Dante, Wireless Workbench, DashBoard, ATEM, Onyx, grandMA and Q-SYS

Provide Tier 1 Support & Problem-Solving

• Respond promptly and accurately to helpdesk tickets and AVL support requests from staff, contractors, and volunteers

• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and identify more efficient solutions

• Program and/or run AVL systems for services, conferences, and events as needed

Equip, Encourage, & Partner Across Teams

• Train and work alongside volunteers serving on Production and Tech Teams at campuses

• Work closely with the Central IT Systems Team and Mount Pleasant Production Team

• Ensure consistent standards, documentation, and reliability across all campuses

• Maintain strong relationships with campus staff and volunteers and drive excellence

• Travel regularly to campuses for support, installation, and event needs

• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation within the Technology Team

• Serve at events that occasionally take place outside typical business hours, including nights, weekends, or some holidays

What We're Looking For

• Christ follower (As a religious organization, Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions aligned to our faith and beliefs)

• At least 3 years of experience in a church or production environment working with audio, video, lighting, and acoustics

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt where needed

• Champion of time management: managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and providing information in a timely and effective manner

• Flexible schedule that includes weekends and some holidays

• Travel required, with local day trips and a few overnight trips throughout the year

• Live and drive Seacoast's cultural values to Love God, Love People, Make it Better, and Have a Good Attitude

Why You’ll Love Working at Seacoast

  • Mission‑driven work that impacts lives every day
  • Opportunity to work with AVL systems across a growing, multi‑campus church
  • Great benefits to support you: medical, dental, and vision coverage; life, AD&D, and long‑term disability insurance; plus, HSA/FSA options and an Employee Assistance Program
  • Perks that invest in you: 403(b) with company match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and employee referral bonuses

Why This Role Matters

Every weekend, thousands of people walk through our doors searching for hope, community, and connection with God. The AVL Systems Coordinator plays a vital role in creating seamless, distraction-free environments where people can encounter God and experience life change. Your technical expertise, servant leadership, and problem-solving skills will empower ministry teams and volunteers to focus on what matters most — helping people take their next step with Jesus.

If you're a hands-on problem-solver who loves serving the local church, supporting teams, and ensuring excellence in worship environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
