Executar e apoiar tecnicamente as atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em equipamentos mecânicos, sistemas de bombeio, equipamentos rotativos, válvulas industriais e demais ativos mecânicos das instalações, por meio da análise técnica, diagnóstico de falhas, interpretação de documentação de engenharia e acompanhamento das intervenções, visando assegurar a integridade dos ativos, a confiabilidade operacional, a segurança das instalações e a continuidade da produção.

Atribuições do cargo:

  • Executar atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em equipamentos mecânicos, sistemas de bombeio, válvulas industriais e equipamentos rotativos, através da aplicação de procedimentos técnicos, inspeções e intervenções programadas, visando assegurar a disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos ativos;
  • Realizar diagnósticos técnicos em equipamentos mecânicos, através da análise de sintomas, histórico de intervenções e condições operacionais, visando identificar causas de falhas e propor soluções adequadas;
  • Executar testes funcionais, inspeções e atividades de comissionamento em equipamentos mecânicos e sistemas industriais, verificando parâmetros operacionais e requisitos técnicos, visando assegurar a adequada entrada em operação dos ativos;
  • Interpretar desenhos, manuais, especificações técnicas e documentos de engenharia, por meio da análise das informações disponíveis, visando apoar a execução das atividades e garantir conformidade técnica das intervenções;
  • Executar suas atividades em conformidade com procedimentos corporativos, requisitos legais e normas de segurança, utilizando adequadramente equipamentos de proteção individual e coletiva, visando prevenir acidentes e preservar a integridade das pessoas e instalações;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da confiabilidade dos ativos industriais, por meio da identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, participação em análises de falhar e recomendações técnicas, visando aumentar a disponibilidade operacional e reduzir custos de manutenção;
  • Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações relativas às intervenções realizadas, históricos de manutenção e recomendações técnicas, através dos sistemas corporativos e relatórios aplicáveis, visando garantir rastreabilidade e suporte à tomada de decisão.

Requisitos do cargo:

  • Curso Técnico em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas com registro ativo no CFT;
  • Experiência comprovada em manutenção industrial de equipamentos mecânicos;
  • Desejável experiência na indústria de Petróleo e Gás;
  • Desejável experiência em equipamentos rotativos, sistemas de bombeio e válvulas industriais;
  • CNH categoria B;
  • Residir em São Mateus - ES.
