  • Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and lead code reviews or design discussions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CSS frameworks and UI component libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, BaseUI, etc.)
  • Experience with frontend state management (e.g., TanStack Query, Redux) and component testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
  • Strong PostgreSQL experience, including migration workflows (e.g., Alembic or equivalent).
  • Built and shipped enterprise web applications.

  • Practical experience with Docker/Podman and compose-based development.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo CD), and Agile workflows (Jira).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and maintain engineering processes and procedures.
  • Hands on experience applying AI in software development, such as LLM integration, AI-enabled features, or AI-assisted coding workflows.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
