Production Supervisor Company: Middle East Mattress Factory Co. (Licensee of Sealy Inc. USA) Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Job Summary

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our plant in Jeddah. This role focuses on coordinating multicultural production crews, maintaining strict safety protocols, and optimizing manufacturing workflows to hit daily output schedules while meeting premium bedding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Floor Supervision & Optimization: Direct end-to-end mattress manufacturing (quilting, assembly, packaging) while implementing lean techniques to reduce waste and resolve bottlenecks.
  • ERP & Team Management: Utilize Odoo ERP (MRP/Inventory modules) for work orders and tracking, while leading, training, and scheduling multicultural floor crews.
  • Operations & Compliance: Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams to manage downtime and raw materials, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 8 years in manufacturing, with direct experience in mattress or bedding production preferred.
  • Technical & Software Skills: Practical experience with automated factory machinery and proficiency in Odoo ERP modules.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with conversational Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu considered an advantage.

  • Residency: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and be available for an on-site position in Jeddah
