Position: Showroom Salesperson Company: Sealy Mattress Middle East Location: Saudi Arabia (Showrooms in Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam) Nationality: Saudi National Only (In compliance with nationalization targets)

Role Purpose

Acts as a trusted sleep expert driving retail revenue through consultative sleep solutions for high-end clients and luxury sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Consultations: Engage visitors, demonstrate posturepedic technology, and match custom mattress models to individual sleep patterns.
  • Operations & Merchandising: Maintain premium visual display standards, handle POS and inventory software, and coordinate delivery logistics with fulfillment teams. [1]
  • Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with buyers and interior designers while ensuring comprehensive after-sales care.

Requirements

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 5 years of retail experience in luxury bedding, bedroom furniture, or high-end mattresses.
  • Skills & Location: Proven high-ticket closing skills, native Arabic with intermediate English, and valid residency in Saudi Arabia.
