The posting

Our client is an established audit and advisory firm in Singapore, recognized as part of a top global accounting and consulting network with presence in over 100 countries and 330 business centres.

They are currently seeking to hire an Outsource Senior Accounts Executive for their affiliated outsourcing arm — a professional accounting services firm providing end-to-end finance, payroll, and compliance support to businesses. The salary is up to $4,500 + performance bonus.

Job Scope:

  • Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients as their outsourced accountant
  • Handle daily accounting, payroll, and GST filings
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end closing
  • Compile unaudited financial statements (SFRS)
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support clients on finance operations and reporting needs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA
  • 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in outsourced firms)
  • Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Working Location: Bendemeer (5 mins walk from MRT station)

Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
