  • Advise clients and legal teams on ESI strategy, data volumes, review optimization, and defensibility in litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Process, normalize, and prepare large datasets for review platforms (e.g., Relativity), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform data analytics, filtering, de-duplication, and search optimization to support efficient document review.
  • Prepare client-ready documentation, workflows, and reports related to eDiscovery processes and findings.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, project managers, and review teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Digital Forensics & Data Collection

  • Participate in forensic data collection activities involving endpoints, mobile devices, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Support forensic preservation, imaging, and handling of digital evidence in accordance with chain-of-custody requirements.
  • Assist with pre-processing, extraction, and preparation of forensic artifacts for downstream review and analysis.
  • Conduct targeted analysis of digital artifacts where required (e.g., user activity, file access, browser history, cloud usage).
  • Ensure best practices in data preservation, defensibility, and evidence handling are followed throughout engagements.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with clients, external counsel, and internal teams.
  • Communicate technical concepts and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • (Senior level) Lead small teams or workstreams, including onsite data collection and eDiscovery execution.
  • (Senior level) Mentor junior team members and contribute to workflow improvement and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Junior level: 2-3 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, digital forensics, or technology consulting
  • Senior level: 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing professional services environment, with strong ownership of eDiscovery matters

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Solid understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and eDiscovery best practices
  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery review platforms (e.g. Relativity/ Nuix)
  • Experience handling structured and unstructured data from endpoints, email, collaboration tools, cloud platforms, and mobile sources
  • Exposure to or working knowledge of forensic collection tools (EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet AXIOM, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate technical processes clearly to legal, investigative, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or related field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Relevant training or certifications are advantageous (e.g. Relativity, EnCE, GFCE, CISSP), but not mandatory
  • Travel requirements vary based on role level and project demands.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
