  • Position: Sales Executive – B2B / Design Solutions
  • Location: Sims Close
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am - 6:30pm)
  • Salary: Up to S$3,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Commission + Business Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Industry: Design Agency

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
  • Manage the sales process from initial engagement through project confirmation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based sales environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience within the design, fabrication, retail, exhibition or related industries would be advantageous.
