The posting

  • Position : Telemarketing Executive (Telesales / BFSI / Cold Calling)
  • Location : Bencoolen Street (4 minute walk- Bencoolen MRT Station)
  • Working hours : 5 days a week Monday -Friday, 9.30am- 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Salary $3500 (Basic $3000 + Commission) + AWS
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and sales pitches to prospective customers.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries from prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
  • Record customer information accurately in the computer system.
  • Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging new customers and making outbound calls on a daily basis.
  • Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, cold calling, customer service or customer-facing roles will be advantageous.
  • Able to communicate confidently and handle customer objections professionally.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working towards sales objectives.
