The posting

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant General Surgeon with UK CCT, American Board certification, or Australian specialist qualification to join leading healthcare facilities in the UAE and Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and surgically managing a wide range of general surgical conditions, performing elective and emergency procedures, and managing complex surgical cases. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced surgical expertise and a strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Recognized specialist qualification in General Surgery.
  • UK CCT, American Board certification, or Australian specialist qualification in General Surgery is mandatory.
  • Relevant specialist registration in the country of qualification, where applicable.
  • Proven experience at Consultant level in General Surgery.
  • Extensive experience in open and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
  • Strong clinical judgment and surgical decision-making skills.
