We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious luxury hospital in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide advanced aesthetic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgical care, delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a premium healthcare environment equipped with modern surgical technologies.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with expertise in cosmetic procedures, facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and complex reconstructive surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and pre-operative evaluations.
  • Perform aesthetic procedures, including facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, and body contouring, within approved clinical privileges.
  • Manage reconstructive procedures, including skin grafts, scar revision, wound reconstruction, and post-traumatic reconstruction.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
  • Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical governance standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
  • Preferred Qualifications:UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and German Board.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).
  • Recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
  • Previous experience in a reputable hospital or advanced aesthetic surgery centre.
  • Strong expertise in cosmetic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgical procedures.
  • Excellent surgical skills and patient-management abilities.
  • Eligibility for Specialist or Consultant classification under the relevant UAE health authority.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
