The posting

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Stroke Medicine Specialist with UK CCT, American Board certification, or Australian specialist qualification to join leading healthcare facilities in the UAE and Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic stroke conditions, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical expertise in stroke prevention, emergency management, and post-stroke care, with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Recognized specialist qualification in Neurology, Stroke Medicine, or an appropriate related specialty.
  • UK CCT, American Board certification, or Australian specialist qualification in the relevant specialty is mandatory.
  • Relevant specialist registration in the country of qualification, where applicable.
  • Proven experience at Consultant level in stroke medicine or stroke care.
  • Extensive experience in acute stroke management and cerebrovascular disease.
  • Strong clinical decision-making and emergency management skills.
