The posting

We are seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant in Psychiatry to join a prestigious premium healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health conditions while providing comprehensive psychiatric care and evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage patients with a range of psychiatric and mental health disorders.
  • Provide medication management and monitor treatment outcomes.
  • Offer psychotherapy and appropriate counselling interventions.
  • Manage complex psychiatric cases and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Promote mental health awareness and patient well-being.

Requirements

  • Recognized Specialist or Consultant qualification in Psychiatry.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications and clinical experience.
  • Proven experience in psychiatric assessment and patient management.
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and German Board.
