Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Specialist / Consultant Restorative Dentists holding recognised UK specialist qualifications in Restorative Dentistry to join prestigious healthcare facilities across the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing advanced restorative dental care, managing complex oral rehabilitation cases and delivering comprehensive treatment for patients with complex dental and oral health conditions in accordance with international clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, assess and manage complex restorative dental conditions involving teeth, supporting structures and oral rehabilitation.
  • Provide comprehensive restorative treatment planning for patients with extensive dental damage, tooth loss and complex oral health needs.
  • Perform advanced restorative procedures, including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and full-mouth rehabilitation.
  • Manage complex cases involving endodontic, prosthodontic and periodontic treatment requirements.
  • Provide advanced aesthetic and functional dental rehabilitation while maintaining optimal oral health.
  • Assess and manage patients requiring multidisciplinary restorative treatment and coordinate care with other dental specialists.
  • Perform complex restorative procedures involving natural teeth and implant-supported restorations.
  • Provide expert consultation and develop individualised treatment plans for challenging restorative cases.
  • Supervise and mentor junior dentists and contribute to clinical education where required.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety and clinical governance standards.

Requirements

  • BDS, BChD or equivalent recognised dental degree.
  • UK CCT / CCST in Restorative Dentistry or recognised UK specialist qualification.
  • Specialist registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) in Restorative Dentistry.
  • Relevant post-specialisation clinical experience in advanced restorative dentistry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex restorative procedures, full-mouth rehabilitation and multidisciplinary dental care.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary restorative techniques, dental materials and evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Eligibility for DHA, DOH Abu Dhabi or MOHAP licensing as a Specialist or Consultant, subject to authority assessment.
  • Excellent clinical judgement, communication and patient management skills.
