  • Sustain and optimize systems: Maintain existing automation systems, resolve functional issues, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Coordinate with vendors: Partner on troubleshooting, configuration, deployment, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation: Keep system configurations, operating procedures, troubleshooting guidance, and change documentation accurate and current.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Explain technical findings, solution options, and implementation progress clearly to engineering teams and internal customers.

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science, with Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience in automation engineering, software development, system integration, or technical systems support.
  • Experience analyzing complex technical systems and understanding how components, interfaces, and dependencies interact.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including a structured approach to root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Python, including experience with data processing or scientific computing libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, or Polars.
  • Foundational knowledge of container technologies and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and basic command-line operations.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions and collaborate across teams.
  • Clear communication, attention to documentation, and a commitment to responsive customer support.

Helpful Additional Experience:

  • Experience with PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
