Position Summary
Bringing Samsung's go-to-market strategy to life requires seamless coordination across functions — and that coordination is what our team drives. We own the operational cadence that keeps strategy, marketing, retail, finance, and accounts teams aligned and moving in the same direction. From GTM planning cycles and quarterly business reviews to executive governance gates, we ensure the right stakeholders have the right information at the right time — and that risks and dependencies are surfaced early and resolved before they impact execution.
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Cycle Planning and Governance to lead and manage the operational cadence that drives cross-functional alignment and GTM execution across the organization. This role will own the end-to-end program management framework — including quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and executive governance gates — and will report directly to the Executive Director of Strategic Product Operations & Governance, working closely with cross-functional teams and account team leadership.
Role and Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities:
- The Senior Manager, GTM Cycle Planning and Governance will be responsible for managing the overall rhythm of the business, tracking and coordinating cross-functional activities, and providing regular reporting on GTM planning progress, milestone status, and executive governance readiness across functions and planning cycles.
- The position will require a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, project management, and organizational influence across a matrixed environment.
- This role will partner with cross-functional teams to manage GTM planning roadmaps and quarterly business review cycles, report on plans and schedules, drive escalation and resolution of issues, and manage mitigation plans for planning risks and dependencies.
- This role will analyze and prepare recommendations on GTM planning timelines and strategy across functions. The Senior Manager, GTM Cycle Planning and Governance will provide direction to strategy, marketing, retail, and accounts teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution against GTM priorities.
- This role will conduct and support post-cycle analysis and QBR retrospectives to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across the planning process.
- This role will have significant interaction and work collaboratively with Strategy, Marketing, Retail Operations, Carrier Account Teams, Finance, and HQ. This includes reporting during weekly cross-functional working sessions, executive governance reviews, and quarterly business review cycles.
