Deine Mission

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Beratungsprojekte im Themenfeld Cybersicherheit und IT-Infrastruktur für mittelständische und KRITIS-Unternehmen. Dabei gestaltest Du Lösungen sowohl fachlich als auch wirtschaftlich. Du bleibst technisch involviert und steuerst (Teil-) Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Die grundlegenden Beratungsmethoden (z.B. MECE-Prinzip, SWOT) beherrscht und nutzt Du für den Projekterfolg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du setzt für den Kunden (Teil-) Projekte zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen um
  • Weiterentwicklung, Optimierungspotenziale und Sicherheit der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden sind Schwerpunkte Deiner Beratungstätgkeit
  • Du gestaltest mit Deinen Kunden die Entwicklung und Umsetzung technisch fundierter Sicherheitskonzepte
  • Bei den Kunden setzt Du Projekte und Programme zur Erfüllung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. NIS2, ISO 27001) um

Deine Skills

  • Du hast ein (technisches) Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit sehr guten Ergebnissen abgeschlossen und verfügst über mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Cybersicherheitsberatung oder IT-Infrastruktur
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen mit (z. B. IAM/PAM, On-Premises- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen, Microsoft-Technologien) bringst Du mit
  • Du bist in der Lage, technische, regulatorische und wirtschaftliche Anforderungen zu analysieren und in tragfähige, adressatengerechte Lösungen zu überführen
  • Im Kundenumfeld trittst Du sicher auf und wirst im Rahmen der Projekte zuverlässige Ansprechperson für die Stakeholder
