Comptable - Outils & Processus FinanceAu sein du département Finance de SECO Luxembourg, vous rejoignez une équipe à taille humaine et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la Responsable Finance ainsi qu'avec les différents départements de l'entreprise.Votre mission consiste à participer aux opérations courantes comptables et financières du département tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils de travail.Ce poste a pour objectif de renforcer durablement le département Finance, de sécuriser les processus clés et de soutenir l'évolution des outils et pratiques de gestion.Votre missionVous participez aux opérations courantes comptables et financières du département tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils de travail. Ce poste a pour objectif de renforcer durablement le département Finance.Vos responsabilitésComptabilité Assurer le traitement et l'encodage des opérations courantes (ventes, achats, banques, immobilisations…) Préparer et suivre les paiements Participer aux clôtures mensuelles Préparer les déclarations TVA Participer au contrôle de gestion et au reporting opérationnel Garantir la fiabilité des données financières et le respect des procéduresAmélioration continue et digitalisation Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus administratifs et financiers Identifier les tâches pouvant être simplifiées ou automatisées Participer à l'évolution et à l'optimisation des outils utilisés par le département Finance Contribuer à la documentation et à la sécurisation des processus clésVotre profil Bachelor ou Master en comptabilité, finance ou gestion Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction comptable ou financière Une expérience en PME ou en société de services est un atout Bonne maîtrise des principes comptables Rigueur, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités Esprit analytique et pragmatique Capacité à remettre en question les processus existants et à proposer des améliorations Intérêt pour les outils digitaux Esprit d'équipe, bonnes capacités de communication, polyvalence et réactivité Excellente maîtrise du français L'anglais et/ou l'allemand constituent un atout La connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central et Project Operations constitue un atout Une expérience avec Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot ou toute autre solution d'automatisation constitue un avantageNous offrons Un poste varié avec une grande autonomie.
