The posting

About the role

Secomea builds secure remote access for industrial machines. Machine builders and manufacturers use our products to reach and service their equipment in the field without opening up the plant network. The portfolio runs from edge hardware (SiteManager) to our cloud platform, Secomea Prime.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who has built identity and access capabilities in B2B SaaS. You will own identity and access across our portfolio: who can reach which machine, when, with whose approval, and how every session is recorded. You take it from the customer problem to adoption. You report to the Director of Product Management and work in a small team of product managers and UX designers & researchers.

Key responsibilities

  • Own discovery for your area. Talk to the people who buy and use our products: decision-makers at machine builders, distributors, IT and security leaders at end customers, service technicians, OT engineers and IT administrators. Turn what you learn into clear problem statements and outcomes.
  • Decide on commercial grounds. Build the business case for your area (market potential, revenue impact, cost to build, margin) and back your priorities with usage data, win/loss insight and market analysis.
  • Know the market. Track competitors, buying behaviour and technology shifts, and spot where Secomea can win.
  • Run the roadmap. Plan your area 18 to 36 months ahead, with every theme tied to a customer outcome or a business metric.
  • Work closely with engineering. Agree on scope and success criteria together. You own the what and the why; engineering owns the how and estimates the effort.
  • Manage the full lifecycle. Weigh new capabilities against the health of live, mission-critical deployments. Set release support windows, end-of-life plans and migration paths for legacy products.
  • Keep security and regulation in the plan. IEC 62443 (especially identification, authentication and use control), the EU Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2 shape requirements and release gates for our customers and for us.
  • Measure the outcome. Define and track KPIs such as adoption, retention and time-to-value, and use them with customer feedback to decide what comes next.
  • Get releases product-ready for go-to-market. Product Marketing owns pricing, packaging, enablement and launch communication. You give them the product input they need: what changes, for whom, why it matters, and the data behind it.

What you bring

  • 6+ years in product management, with a substantial part on a B2B SaaS product.
  • Product experience with identity and access management, for example single sign-on, user provisioning, role-based permissions, approval workflows or privileged access.
  • Products you took from discovery to launch and kept improving.
  • Ownership of a business case or revenue target, and an example of a decision that moved a commercial number.
  • Comfort with data: you run your own analyses rather than wait for a report.
  • Clear writing, and experience making a case with evidence to engineering, sales and leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with OT, industrial automation, Industrial IoT or remote access.
  • Experience with products that combine cloud, software and hardware.
  • Working knowledge of identity standards such as SAML, OIDC and SCIM.
  • Working knowledge of IEC 62443, CRA or NIS2.

This role is not for you if…

  • You have never managed a B2B SaaS product. OT, hardware or security expertise alone is not enough for this role.
  • You see product management as coordination, backlog administration or writing detailed user stories. Our PMs start at the customer problem, set the outcome, and work out the details with the team.

Why join Secomea?

At Secomea we rely on initiative and an open mindset, where your creativity and dedication come to use in an open and positive work atmosphere. As we are fast-growing and constantly expanding our business, you will have plenty of chances to grow your responsibilities and competencies while working at the heart of contemporary industrial tech.

We are a truly diverse company with offices placed across the globe, 30+ different nationalities, embracing all genders.

  • Your own area. The product team is small, so you own your area end to end and your decisions show up in the product.
  • Good timing. CRA and NIS2 raise the bar for remote access in industry, and AI is changing how access is audited and threats are detected. You will help decide how Secomea responds.
  • An international team. More than 30 nationalities, with offices in Denmark, China, Japan and North America.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
