Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar diagnóstico social, por meio da Classificação de Risco Social, visando resolução das situações a serem desencadeadas durante o período de atendimento do paciente conforme casos exemplificados a seguir: identificação, acompanhamento e encaminhamento para a rede sócio assistencial de pacientes desconhecidos e pessoas em situação de rua, busca de familiares de pacientes desacompanhados, identificação de casos provenientes de violência e maus-tratos contra crianças, adolescentes, mulheres, idosos, atuar nos casos de abandono de crianças, adolescentes, idosos e pessoas com deficiência, bem como realizar a interface com a equipe multiprofissional e o acompanhamento de todo o atendimento realizado às vítimas de Violência Sexual;Orientar e encaminhar os usuários quanto aos Direitos Previdenciários e Benefícios Sociais em Órgãos Governamentais e Instituições Externas;Oferecer suporte social em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional, nos casos de óbitos, após a comunicação feita pelo médico;Acolher os familiares de pacientes internados ou em atendimento;Orientar em casos de restrição de visitas em todas as enfermarias;Realizar grupos de orientação e apoio aos usuários – pacientes e familiares, integrados a Equipe Multiprofissional;Participar de comissões internas, conforme determinação do Superior Imediato/Gerência/Superintendência;Realizar palestras e eventos, com o intuito de contribuir com as possíveis melhorias no atendimento prestado à população;Documentar todos os atendimentos realizados em prontuário e manter o sigilo das informações colhidas;Analisar e validar dados estatísticos do Serviço Social, de acordo com os critérios previamente definidos;Manter-se constantemente atualizado sobre a legislação prevista para a categoria do Serviço Social, na área da Saúde, Previdência e Assistência Social;Participar de Congressos, palestras e cursos de especialização/reciclagem, visando o conhecimento e desenvolvimento de novas técnicas a serem aplicadas no cotidiano de trabalho;Inserir no sistema de regulação a solicitação de procedimento aos pacientes internados, conforme exemplificados a seguir: marca passo, diálise, cirurgia cardíaca, CPRE, Angiografia e demais exames;Monitorar os encaminhamentos externos para a especialidade de Oncologia e Grupo de Reabilitação Motora;Monitorar ausências do ambulatório de Violência Sexual e se necessário notificar a rede de proteção;Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Serviço Social;Credencial Ativa do Conselho;Desejável experiência na área hospitalar.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale AlimentaçãoRestaurante no localVale TransporteAuxílio CrecheSeguro de Vida em GrupoEmpréstimo ConsignadoAtendimento Ambulatorial e Odontológico-SPParceriasIncentivo a Educação/UniversidadesFarmáciasSESCLOCAL DE TRABALHO: HOSPITAL DA MULHER- ALAMEDA RIO BRANCOHORARIO DE TRABALHO: 13:00 ÀS 19:15 5X2
