Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar leitura crítica e análise clínica dos prontuários eletrônicos.Identificar diagnósticos principais e secundários, bem como procedimentos realizados durante a internação.Aplicar corretamente os critérios de codificação segundo o sistema DRG Brasil.Garantir a conformidade com o CID-10, SIGTAP e tabelas de procedimentos vigentes.Atribuir o grupo DRG correspondente ao caso clínico com base nos dados codificados.Validar os agrupamentos automáticos e corrigir inconsistências quando necessário.Verificar o peso relativo e o tempo médio de permanência associados ao DRG.Identificar inconformidades na documentação que possam afetar o agrupamento DRG.Apoiar a equipe assistencial no registro correto e completo das informações clínicas.Promover capacitações sobre codificação, terminologia clínica e importância do DRG para a instituição.Orientar médicos, enfermeiros e codificadores sobre documentação adequada para o agrupamento.Participar da elaboração de indicadores assistenciais e econômicos baseados em DRG.Colaborar na análise de produtividade, custo por caso e comparação de desempenho institucional.Utilizar ferramentas de codificação e sistemas de informação hospitalar integrados ao DRG.Garantir a consistência entre o registro clínico e o sistema de faturamento.Acompanhar atualizações de versões do DRG e mudanças nas regras de codificação.Cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas preconizadas. Planejar e desenvolver suas ações, respeitando princípios e técnicas que norteiam a prestação de serviços de enfermagem.
