* Réaliser des études spécialisées et des plans qui serviront de base de décision pour le déroulement de projets de construction * Diriger des projets de construction, de transformation et de démantèlement de logements dans des situations d'urgence * Assumer la responsabilité de toutes les affaires de fond en matière de construction et d'aménagement qui doivent être traitées avec l'Office fédéral des constructions et de la logistique (OFCL) * Répondre, avec l'OFCL, de l'entretien des bâtiments et des travaux de conciergerie et de nettoyage * Réaliser des examens préalables et des estimations approximatives des coûts

* CFC avec formation continue en gestion de projets de construction et de biens immobiliers et plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que chef de projet * Esprit d'analyse, sens de la conceptualisation et force de persuasion * Souci de la qualité, sens des responsabilités et fiabilité * Disposition à effectuer de nombreux déplacements * Très bonne connaissance des outils MS Office et d'AutoCAD * Bonne connaissance, écrite et orale, d'une deuxième langue officielle

Le Secrétariat d'État aux migrations (SEM) traite toutes les questions relevant du droit des étrangers et du droit de l'asile en Suisse. La section Sécurité et immobilier fournit des conseils et un soutien aux unités organisationnelles du SEM pour les questions concernant la sécurité de l'exploitation et des bâtiments, ainsi que la protection de la santé. Elle crée les conditions permettant d'offrir aux collaborateurs un environnement de travail optimal et approprié.
