* Exécuter diverses tâches administratives et organisationnelles * Trier le courrier entrant du chef de la Communication DDPS et de la division Communication DDPS * Gérer les agendas du chef de la Communication DDPS et de la division Communication DDPS * Organiser des séances, des conférences de presse et des événements médiatiques * Assister l'équipe de la Communication DDPS en tant que superutilisateur/trice en cas de problèmes liés aux TIC et à GEVER * Assurer la formation des apprentis de la Communication DDPS

* Formation commerciale ou équivalente, idéalement assortie d'une expérience pertinente pour la fonction * Bonnes connaissances de l'administration publique * Bonnes connaissances informatiques (environnement TIC de l'administration fédérale suisse, suite Office et GEVER) * Sens aigu du service * Bonnes connaissances orales et écrites dans une deuxième langue officielle

Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, aimez travailler de manière autonome et gardez une vue d'ensemble même dans les situations mouvementées ? Au sein de la Communication DDPS, vous veillez au bon déroulement des processus administratifs, coordonnez les rendez-vous et participez à l'organisation de séances et d'événements médiatiques. En tant qu'intermédiaire pour les questions informatiques et la formation des apprentis, vous assumez des responsabilités supplémentaires. Votre savoir-faire commercial, votre aisance informatique et votre sens aigu du service font de vous un précieux soutien pour notre équipe.

Le Secrétariat général du DDPS est l'organe d'état-major du département. Il assiste le chef du département en tant que membre du Conseil fédéral et dans la conduite du département. Le SG DDPS élabore la stratégie politique et les directives destinées aux unités administratives, soutient et contrôle leur mise en œuvre. Il assure en outre la planification, le contrôle et la coordination au niveau départemental dans les domaines transversaux que sont le personnel, les finances, le droit et l'informatique, mais aussi dans le domaine de la politique de sécurité ou dans celui de l'aménagement du territoire et de l'environnement.
