Sectra Medical söker dig som vill kombinera teknik med kundnära arbete för att skapa skillnad inom sjukvården. Som applikationsspecialist hos oss blir du en viktig del av ett team som förändrar vården med banbrytande teknik, allt för att ge vårdpersonal de bästa förutsättningarna att hjälpa patienter.

Som applikationsspecialist intar du rollen som en problemlösare, mentor och guide i världen av medicintekniska IT-system. Du är expert på användningen av Sectras applikationer och arbetar nära vår utvecklingsavdelning för att optimera kundanvändningen. Din dag på jobbet kommer att vara fylld av inspirerande och meningsfulla arbetsuppgifter där du:

  • Stötta konfigurering och underhåll av häftiga medicintekniska IT-system som förändrar sjukvårdslandskapet
  • Samarbetar med dina fantastiska teammedlemmar för att förbättra kundupplevelsen och föra helhetssynen av vården in i framtiden
  • Blir en pedagogisk mästare genom att utbilda användare för att säkerställa smidig användning av den teknik vi älskar
  • Följer upp och säkerställer att lösningar fungerar och överträffar kundens förväntningar
  • Rapporterar och dokumenterar eventuella fel och problem för vidare åtgärder
  • Jobbar kontinuerligt med applikationssupport

För den här tjänsten ser vi att du har:

  • Bsc. eller Msc inom medicinskt eller tekniskt område. Dvs, du har en bakgrund som t.ex sjuksköterska, fysioterapeut, systemvetare etc.
  • God kommunikationsförmåga, både skriftlig och muntlig, på svenska och engelska
  • Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i team
  • Du har goda samarbetsfärdigheter och är bekväm med att kommunicera med både tekniska och icke-tekniska kollegor i företaget och med externa parter

Meriterande är även:

  • Erfarenhet av arbete i medicintekniska IT-system
  • Tidigare praktisk erfarenhet från sjukvård eller medicinteknik
  • Erfarenhet av projektledning eller arbete i teknisk support
