The posting

Ben jij een technisch probleemoplosser met een service-gerichte houding en wil je werken aan systemen die dagelijks helpen bij medische diagnostiek? In de rol van Customer Operations Engineer (32-40 uur per week) ben je de brug tussen technologie en zorgprofessionals. Je levert snelle, effectieve technische oplossingen die bijdragen aan een naadloze gebruikerservaring voor professionals in de gezondheidszorg. Je krijgt een vast contract, veel inhoudelijke vrijheid en de kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale organisatie die technologie inzet waar het écht verschil maakt.

Jouw rol en impact

Geen enkele case is hetzelfde, waardoor er veel variatie in je werk is. Je werkt veel samen met je (internationale) collega's. Hierdoor doe je snel en veel kennis op over de technische infrastructuur die achter de PACS/VNA oplossing zit. Je:

  • Lost incidenten en problemen op binnen de Sectra-systemen bij ziekenhuizen/zorginstellingen.
  • Fungeert als klantgericht aanspreekpunt om complexe IT-vragen toegankelijk te maken voor zorgprofessionals.
  • Communiceert met klanten via de telefoon, Teams en onze ticketingtool om helder, efficiënt en professioneel ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Bewaakt actief klantsystemen om problemen vroegtijdig te signaleren en voorkomen.
  • Voert risicoanalyses uit met nadruk op patiëntveiligheid.
  • Draagt bij aan de verbetering en ontwikkeling van onze producten, monitoringtools en supportprocessen.
  • Legt technische documentatie en casus specifieke oplossingen vast om deze kennis te borgen.

Wat breng je mee?

Wij geloven in het aannemen van mensen op basis van hun instelling en potentieel. Natuurlijk zijn bepaalde basisvaardigheden belangrijk, maar vooral zoeken we naar collega's met de juiste attitude: leergierig, verantwoordelijk en gedreven. De rest leren we je graag. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (in bijvoorbeeld Medische Informatiekunde, Informatica, Biomedical Engineering, Technical Medicine/Technische Geneeskunde).
  • Professionele communicatie in het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen, je bent in staat complexe technische vraagstukken te analyseren en hier oplossingen voor te vinden.
  • Leergierigheid, je vindt het leuk om snel nieuwe kennis op te doen, toe te passen en je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en vasthoudendheid.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt hierbij een pragmatische insteek.
  • Veranderbereidheid en flexibiliteit, je staat open voor veranderingen in processen, technologieën en je kan je snel aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Gericht op samenwerking en ondersteuning van klanten en collega’s.
  • Bereidheid om soms buiten kantoortijd telefoondienst te draaien (tegen vergoeding).

Daarnaast is het een pré als je ook:

  • Ervaring hebt binnen de medische IT of specifiek met (het beheer van) PACS/VNA systemen.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.750,- en € 6.500,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur, naar rato bij parttime), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring en een vaste 13e maand.
  • Een vast contract met flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om (deels) vanuit huis te werken.
  • 24 vakantiedagen en 5 compensatiedagen per jaar (naar rato bij parttime), een pensioenregeling, mobiliteitsregeling en onkostenvergoeding.
  • Ruimte voor professionele groei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, ondersteund door een onboarding- en trainingsprogramma (waaronder onboarding in Linköping, Zweden).
  • Laptop, smartphone en overige middelen om je werk goed uit te kunnen voeren.
  • Een open en prettige bedrijfscultuur gebaseerd op vertrouwen, flexibiliteit, autonomie, en samenwerking. Met ruimte voor informele activiteiten zoals lunchen en sporten met collega’s.
