Rollen

Som projektledare kommer du att spela en avgörande roll i att driva och leverera framgångsrika projekt inom försvarsindustrin. Rollen kombinerar strategiskt tänkande med praktiskt genomförande för att säkerställa att projekten når sina mål i tid, med rätt kvalitet och inom budget.

Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:

  • Leda hela projektets livscykel – från utveckling och planering till genomförande och avslut.
  • Definiera projektscope, milstolpar och prestationsindikatorer samt säkerställa att dessa uppnås.
  • Ansvara för att identifiera, analysera och hantera risker under projektets gång.
  • Fungera som kontaktpunkt för kunder, partners och interna team, med fokus på effektiv intressenthantering.
  • Rapportera projektstatus, risker och framsteg till ledningen och andra nyckelintressenter.
  • Arbeta proaktivt med att optimera processer och metoder för att förbättra projektleveranser.
  • Skapa långsiktiga relationer med kunder och samarbetspartners för att säkerställa projektframgång.

För att lyckas i rollen som projektledare hos oss tror vi att du är driven och erfaren med ett starkt tekniskt intresse och en förmåga att leverera i komplexa projektmiljöer. Vi värdesätter förmågan att lära, samt rätt attityd och nyfikenhet, då vi tror att det är nyckelegenskaper för att kunna utvecklas och växa.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • BSc eller MSc inom tekniskt område.
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda större projekt, gärna inom försvarsindustrin.
  • Stark förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta med både interna och externa intressenter.
  • God vana av att planera, driva och följa upp projekt med fokus på kvalitet, tid och kostnad.
  • Svenskt medborgarskap, då tjänsten är placerad i säkerhetsklass.

Det är meriterande om du:

  • Innehar ett officiellt projektledningscertifikat, såsom PMP eller motsvarande.
