This requires strong learning design, business partnership, adaptability, and the ability to translate workforce and business needs into engaging, scalable learning experiences, and combines learning consulting, instructional design, facilitation, and learning experience design to support a diverse portfolio of enterprise priorities.

This role is ideal for a learning professional with a strong instructional design foundation who is ready to expand their consulting, facilitation, and enterprise partnership skills while supporting a broad range of learning initiatives. The successful candidate demonstrates curiosity, sound judgment, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow and adapt in a changing environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Learning Design & Development

  • Partner with Learning & Development, HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to understand learning and performance needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
  • Consult with stakeholders to clarify desired outcomes, recommend appropriate solutions, and identify when alternatives to training may better address a need.
  • Design and develop learner-centered learning journeys, programs, resources, and experiences using instructional design, learning experience design, and adult learning principles.
  • Recommend and apply learning, performance support, and enablement approaches based on audience needs, desired outcomes, business context, and scalability.
  • Translate complex information into engaging, accessible learning experiences.
  • Lead the design and development of assigned learning solutions from initial analysis through implementation and evaluation.
  • Facilitate select virtual and in-person learning experiences, workshops, and programs.
  • Use learner feedback, program data, and stakeholder insights to evaluate and continuously improve learning solutions.

Enterprise Partnership, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as the primary Learning & Development partner for designated stakeholder groups, building strong relationships and developing an understanding of their priorities, challenges, and evolving learning needs.
  • Consult with leaders and stakeholders on learning requests, recommend appropriate approaches, and connect partners with broader Learning & Development resources and expertise when needed.
  • Partner across Learning & Development, learning technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver cohesive and scalable learning experiences.
  • Contribute to broader Enterprise L&D priorities and projects based on organizational needs and individual skills, experience, and areas of expertise.
  • Leverage learning technologies and emerging tools, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, scalability, and learner experience.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Enterprise L&D by sharing insights, improving processes, and advancing learning practices.
  • Stay informed on learning trends, emerging technologies, and relevant practices and apply new ideas where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, learning experience design, talent development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing effective learning solutions from analysis through implementation and evaluation.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts and subject matter expertise into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience consulting with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and support business objectives.
  • Experience facilitating virtual and/or in-person learning experiences.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and independently move work forward.
  • Experience with learning technologies and content development tools, including Articulate 360.
  • Strong learning agility, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting leadership development or other Human Resources learning initiatives.
  • Experience designing learning solutions for enterprise-wide or diverse employee audiences across multiple business or functional areas.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or other emerging technologies to enhance learning design, development, or delivery.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
