Job Description

Mobile Security Officer

Location: Dallas, TX Position Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Mobile Security Officers to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently, enjoy driving, and can maintain a strong security presence across multiple locations. Officers will perform routine patrols and inspections while operating a company-issued vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 18–22 site visits per shift to assigned client locations
  • Perform mobile patrols across designated routes to ensure safety and security
  • Drive approximately 250 miles per shift in a company-provided vehicle
  • Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches
  • Complete detailed incident and activity reports in a timely manner
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and client requests as needed
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients, employees, and the public
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and post orders

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
  • Ability to operate a vehicle for extended periods
  • Strong observation and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable driving long distances during shifts
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
