Seasonal Flex Security Officer – In Person Hiring Event – WALK-INS WELCOME!!

Hiring Event Location: 517930 International Blvd, Suite 550, SeaTac, WA 98118

Event Time: Thursday, October 15th, 2026, from 9am-12pm

Schedules Available: Flexible | Multiple Shifts available at various client sites.

Wage: $19.00-$32.00/Hour

We are hiring for positions starting November 2026 through January 2027.

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets. Responsibilities include patrolling premises monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to help maintain a safe and secure environment. Flex Security Officers also serve as a professional and helpful resource while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
  • Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
  • Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
  • Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
  • Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Position Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Above average computer / technology skills needed.
  • Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
  • Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
  • Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
  • Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
