Location: Nashville, TN

Shift Details: Monday through Friday 0600-1400 Salary Range: $19.15/hr Sign - on Bonus: $1,000 after 90 Days Employment at Location

Paid Time Off - 40 hours after 1 year of service paid out for FT security officers who worked a minimum of 2080 hours. Weekly Pay- DailyPay Access Program Available!

What You’ll Do

The Security Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors. As a high visibility front-line representative of Securitas, the Security Receptionist role combines front desk responsibilities with security support, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

  • Greeting and verifying all incoming personnel and visitors, issuing badges, and maintaining accurate records of site access
  • Operate security, badging, and access control systems of and equipment as required (e.g., access control systems, CCTV, radios)
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide clear directions and professional customer service to all personnel and visitors
  • Prepare accurate shift reports and document incidents in accordance with Securitas and client requirements
  • Work collaboratively with site management, client representatives, and other Securitas team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

An ideal candidate is:

  • Professional and customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Comfortable enforcing site policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and willing to follow established procedures while responding to changing security needs.
  • Receptionist Experience Preferred
  • Ability to present themselves professionally in person and over the phone.
  • Strong Organizational Skills
