Job Description

Sr. HR Program Manager

People Operations, Automation and Change Management Job title: Sr. HR Program Management Reports to: Director of HR Location: United States (remote)

Salary: 145K-170K

About our team We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account spanning 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we deliver best-in-class security solutions through a highly integrated model that includes Security Operations, Business Operations, Operations Support, Human Resources, Training, and Environmental Health and Safety. As part of the People Experience team, you will work alongside senior global leaders to enable a complex, fast-growing program operating in a highly matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment.

About the role The Sr. HR Program Manager (HRPM) is a senior leader responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and execution discipline to strategic HR initiatives across the Datacenter Physical Security business. This role will help the People Experience team plan, prioritize, and deliver key programs and projects in a complex, fast-growing environment while ensuring leaders have a clear view of what is coming ensuring leaders have a clear view of short- and long-term milestones, goals, and roadmaps You will play a critical role in delivering key strategic outcomes in alignment with the People Strategy, including building and managing program plans, leading cross-functional initiatives, enabling HR Business Partners and recruiters through better tools and processes, supporting budget build activities, and helping the team use data, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to drive stronger business outcomes.

What you’ll do As the Sr. HR Program Manager, you will lead planning and execution for major People Experience programs, including succession planning, talent management, compensation and performance cycles, engagement, recruiting initiatives, budget build, and workforce planning. You will create program roadmaps, manage milestones, clarify owners and decision points, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional partners, and ensure initiatives move from concept to execution. You will also identify manual, repetitive HR processes and partner with stakeholders to redesign them using automation tools, reporting, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions that reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and make HR Business Partners, recruiters, and leaders more effective.

What you need to apply We are looking for a senior program management leader with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, operations, technology, or a related field, and 7+ years of program or project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional teams. Deep HR expertise is helpful but not required; the stronger requirement is systems thinking—the ability to understand how people, processes, tools, data, and operating rhythms work together to create scalable, reliable outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and program management skills are essential, including the ability to manage complex initiatives, align cross-functional partners, and translate ambiguity into clear plans, timelines, risks, owners, and executive-ready updates. Experience with business systems, advanced Excel, reporting, process improvement, workflow design, change management, and leading cross-functional teams is critical. The Ideal candidate will bring senior-level program management capability, strong systems thinking, and the ability to connect people, process, technology, data, and governance into practical solutions. Experience across the employee lifecycle is valuable, but this role is equally suited for a leader who has managed complex programs and improved how teams work through better planning, reporting, automation, and adoption. This position may involve travel on occasion (20% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) and the flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are a must. It may also require you to work nights and weekends on occasion to support high-priority events in a 24/7 security environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable flexing your schedule when needed. All applicants to this role must have reliable means of communication, reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work, the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, and the ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently.

What you’ll get We believe great work deserves great rewards—and we’re committed to staying competitive. This role offers a base salary of $145,000 to $170,000. That range is based on the Greater Seattle Area and may flex depending on your experience and location. We’ve got you covered with medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.

The extra stuff This position requires—with or without reasonable accommodation—the physical and mental ability to perform all essential job functions effectively. This includes maintaining composure under pressure while interacting with clients, authorities, executives, and staff; working independently without direct supervision; and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves regular use of a computer and keyboard, frequent lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity for both near and far distances, as well as the ability to adjust focus, is required. The position may involve handling sensitive or confidential information and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands.

What do we offer

• 100% coverage of medical benefits • Dental and Vision • 401(k) 50 cents matched for every $1 up to 6% • Company-paid life and AD&D insurance • Voluntary short-term disability and long-term disability • Employee assistance program • 4 floating holidays • 10 paid holidays • 2 weeks’ vacation every year • Paid Family Leave - up to 12 weeks a year in accordance with State law

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
