Vous êtes l’agent de gardiennage qui fonctionne bien dans un environnement strict et diplomatique avec une grande réputation internationale ? Travaillez-vous aisément avec des procédures ? Etes-vous capable d'assumer la responsabilité de garantir la sécurité de notre client de façon armé ?

Description du poste

Qu'allez vous faire?

  • Veiller à la sécurité des personnes, des bâtiments et des installations du site.
  • Gérer et contrôler les accès des visiteurs, du personnel et des véhicules.
  • Effectuer les inspections de sécurité, notamment les contrôles de véhicules et les passages aux équipements X-ray.
  • Assurer les procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture des bâtiments.
  • Accompagner et escorter les personnes au sein du périmètre sécurisé.
  • Identifier les situations inhabituelles, signaler les anomalies et intervenir conformément aux procédures en cas d’incident ou d’urgence.
  • Faire preuve de vigilance, de professionnalisme et de diplomatie dans vos interactions quotidiennes.

Qualifications

Qu'attendons nous de vous?

  • Vous détenez une habilitation de sécurité, niveau ’Secret’ (clearance OTAN)
  • Vous disposez d’un port d’arme valide.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et avez une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
  • Une bonne dose de flexibilité, vous travaillerez dans un système d'équipes (jour, nuit, week-end).
  • Vous êtes prêt à suivre des formations complémentaires incluant le maniement des armes.
  • Vous êtes disposé à travailler en extérieur par tous les temps.
  • Vous êtes attentif aux situations risqués d’un point de vue sécuritaire.
  • Vous comprenez l'importance de votre rôle individuel au sein de l'équipe.
  • Vous adoptez une attitude digne.
