P&V is op zoek naar een bewakingsagent die zorgt voor een warm & veilig onthaal. In deze functie combineer je jouw talent voor beveiliging met een klantgerichte aanpak. Als je op zoek bent naar een voltijdse baan met flexibele uren, en je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Frans, dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!

Vacatureomschrijving

Als bewakingsagent aan de receptie ben je het gezicht van het bedrijf. Je zorgt niet alleen voor de veiligheid, maar ook voor een warm welkom voor alle bezoekers. Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en medewerkers met een glimlach, en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich direct op hun gemak voelen.
  • Je staat klaar om vragen te beantwoorden, bezoekers te begeleiden en hen de weg te wijzen binnen het gebouw.
  • Je registreert bezoekers, controleert hun identiteitsbewijzen, en zorgt voor de uitgifte van toegangsbadges.
  • Je houdt de omgeving in de gaten via camera's en veiligheidsystemen, en je signaleert onregelmatigheden snel en efficiënt.
  • Je helpt bij administratieve taken zoals het bijhouden van bezoekerslogboeken en het verwerken van post en pakketten.

Functie-eisen

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, en kunt professioneel communiceren met zowel bezoekers als medewerkers.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke flair voor gastvrijheid en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt.
  • Je kunt meerdere taken tegelijk beheren en houdt het hoofd koel in drukke situaties.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een flexibel uurrooster dat zich aanpast aan de operationele behoeften.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een voordeel, maar jouw klantgerichte houding is het allerbelangrijkst.

Contract: Voltijds (37u) & onbepaalde duur

Verloning: €17,75 - €18,68/ uur bruto

Premies:18% Zaterdag - 23% zondag - 22,5% nachten - 30% feestdagen. De premies zijn cumuleerbaar!
