Vacatureomschrijving

Als Business Controller bij Securitas zorg jij ervoor dat onze commerciële en operationele teams het maximale resultaat kunnen behalen. Jij adviseert op commercieel, financieel en strategisch gebied om het bedrijfsresultaat te optimaliseren.

De focus ligt op uitvoering en ondersteuning van en bij afsluit/ budget/ forcast processen alsmede diverse salestrajecten. Het borgen van de gestelde governance kaders en het opstellen van de nationale én internationale rapportages rondom de bedrijfsresultaten spelen daarnaast ook een zeer belangrijke rol in de functie. Een onderdeel van onze (internationale) propositie is om nóg meer data driven te gaan werken.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Jij bent het meekijkende oog, zorgt voor analyses en adviezen waar collega’s uit alle lagen direct mee aan de slag kunnen.
  • Jij voorziet de afdelingen van de juiste stuurinformatie bij strategische en commerciële vraagstukken.
  • Jij denkt mee in de verdere ontwikkeling van (financiële) BI rapportages.
  • Ook bevinden wij ons in een grote transformatie naar een Europees data platform, waarbij het voor Business Control van belang is om de huidige en toekomstige rapportage behoeftes van de operationele teams te borgen.

Samenwerken?

Als Business Controller ben jij de schakel tussen de commerciële en operationele teams en de afdeling finance.

Je komt bij ons te werken in een klein team met een brede verantwoordelijkheid voor meerdere business lines. We werken in een internationale omgeving als het gaat om diverse rapportages, dus in deze rol kun jij ook bijdragen leveren aan internationale ontwikkelingen.

Functie-eisen

Jij hebt uiteraard een grote passie voor cijfers. Jij stelt rapportages op maar verzamelt ook commerciële data én gaat hiermee het gesprek aan met de business. Je durft kritisch te zijn en jouw collega’s uit te dagen met relevante vragen. Je hebt commerciële affiniteit en kunt daardoor meedenken in bepaalde commerciële keuzes. Je bent een communicatief vaardige financial professional die zich goed kan aanpassen en positioneren in een informele organisatiecultuur.

  • Jij hebt een relevante (financiële) opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau afgerond.
  • Jij hebt al > 5 jaar ervaring opgedaan als Business Controller in een commerciële omgeving.
  • Ervaring in de zakelijke dienstverlening en / of facilitaire branche is een pré.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederland en Engels in woord en geschrift.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van Excel en PowerBI. Ervaring in Tagetik is een pre.

Aanvullende informatie

Securitas heeft jou als Business Controller ontzettend veel te bieden. Kijken we alleen al naar de arbeidsvoorwaarden, dan is dat op basis van 40 uur per week:

  • Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week
  • Een salaris van €5.800,- tot €6.300,- per vier weken op fulltime basis
  • 28 vakantiedagen (op fulltime basis)
