De bewaking van een forensisch psychiatrisch centrum (FPC) door een private bewakingsfirma is uniek in België. Securitas is trots op haar samenwerking met FPC en permanent op zoek naar kritische criminologen die het veiligheidsbeleid ter plaatse vorm kunnen geven.

Vacatureomschrijving

Klaar om jouw Master Criminologische Wetenschappen direct in de praktijk te brengen binnen een unieke, hoogbeveiligde omgeving? Bij het FPC (Forensisch Psychiatrisch Centrum) start je met een intensief, betaald opleidingstraject om de tactische basis te leggen, waarna je snel doorgroeit naar de rol van Shift Leader Control Room. Geef actief vorm aan het veiligheidsbeleid, stuur een team van bewakingsagenten aan en maak dagelijks tastbare impact in de forensische psychiatrie.

Jouw leiderschapstraject

Je wordt niet zomaar in het diepe gegooid. We stomen je klaar via een gericht traject:

Fase 1: De tactische basis

Je krijgt direct een betaald, intensief opleidingstraject waarin je alle tactische veiligheidsskills leert (zoals EHBO, agressiepreventie, X-ray en incidentafhandeling).

  • Jij bent het eerste, professionele aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen (bezoekers, personeel) en vormt de spil in een veilig verloop van de dag.
  • Je voert controle- en preventierondes uit in en rondom de gebouwen.
  • Je screent goederen, registreert bezoekers en biedt permanente ondersteuning bij veiligheidsvraagstukken.

Fase 2: Veiligheidscoördinatie (Shift Leader Control Room)

Na een opleiding en inwerkperiode, start je als shift leader in de controlekamer.

  • Je bent het centrale escalatiepunt voor complexe, veiligheidsgerelateerde kwesties.
  • Je stuurt een team van bewakingsagenten aan en coördineert incidenten en interventies.
  • Je voert diepgaande risicoanalyses uit en optimaliseert het interne veiligheidsbeleid waar nodig.
  • Je rapporteert direct aan jouw leidinggevende, het FPC en publieke overheden.

Functie-eisen

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma Criminologische Wetenschappen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en bent schrijfvaardig.
  • Je hebt natuurlijke leidinggevende capaciteiten: je bent stressbestendig, analytisch en bekijkt problemen altijd met een kritische bril.
  • Je beschikt over een haarscherp observatievermogen en blijft in noodsituaties een rustige, geconcentreerde communicator.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een systeem van ploegendiensten te werken.
  • Je kan een blanco Uittreksel Strafregister voorleggen.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Contract: Voltijds (37 uur) voor onbepaalde duur.
  • Marktconform salaris met sectorgebonden premies (18% Zaterdag - 23% zondag - 22,5% nachten - 30% feestdagen en de premies zijn cumuleerbaar!)
  • Secundaire voorwaarden: Maaltijdcheques, kledijvergoeding, woon-werkvergoeding, hospitalisatieverzekering en een pensioenspaarfonds.
