Functieomschrijving

  • Verwelkomen van gasten: Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten in de lounge en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich direct thuis voelen. Je scant toegangsbewijzen en helpt mensen verder met allerlei vragen.
  • Administratie: Je verwerkt administratieve taken zoals het controleren en registreren van toegangsbewijzen in het systeem en het bijwerken van documenten in Word, Excel en e-mail.
  • Service bieden: Je biedt een uitstekende service door gasten te helpen met hun vragen, hen te informeren over de beschikbare faciliteiten.
  • Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om een soepele en plezierige ervaring voor alle gasten te garanderen.
  • Ondersteuning: Je biedt ondersteuning bij speciale verzoeken en zorgt ervoor dat elke gast een positieve ervaring heeft.
  • Talenkennis: Je kunt je prima uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Hospitality mindset: Je hebt een hospitality mindset en staat bekend om je vriendelijkheid, spontaniteit en behulpzaamheid.
  • Administratieve vaardigheden: Je hebt basisvaardigheden in administratie, waaronder het werken met Word, Excel en e-mail.
  • Positiviteit: Overal waar je gaat, breng je een vleugje vrolijkheid met je mee
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereidheid om te werken in wisselende diensten, inclusief avonden, weekends en feestdagen.
