Het Securitas Operations Center (SOC) is het innovatieve hart van onze organisatie. Op de locaties in Amsterdam en Geldrop werken onze specialisten dagelijks met data, technologie en strakke processen om Securitas van cruciale informatie te voorzien. Vanuit de alarmcentrales en ondersteunende afdelingen zetten we proactief de juiste acties uit voor onze klanten.

Securitas ontwikkelt zich wereldwijd naar een volwaardige Solutions-organisatie, waarbij we complete beveiligingsoplossingen leveren. Het SOC speelt hierin een steeds belangrijkere rol: wij zijn het centrale punt waar informatiegestuurde beveiliging en dienstverlening op afstand samenkomen. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat Securitas voorop blijft lopen in moderne beveiliging.

Vacatureomschrijving

Ben jij sterk met cijfers en data, maar ook communicatief en klantgericht? Dan ben jij de collega die wij zoeken! Als Medewerker Contractadministratie zorg je ervoor dat alle contractuele en financiële afspraken correct worden verwerkt en dat de facturatie richting onze klanten soepel verloopt. Jij bent verantwoordelijk vanaf het moment van aanmelding tot aan de factuur — een cruciale rol in de klanttevredenheid.

Je helpt klanten met wijzigingen in het contract, vragen over facturen en informatieverzoeken. Ook heb je veel contact met collega’s van Sales, Operations en de Projectdesk. Samen zorgen jullie voor een optimale klantbeleving.

Je dag is afwisselend: van het wegwerken van binnenkomende tickets tot projectmatig werken aan communicatie- en verbetertrajecten. Je kunt goed schakelen, behoudt overzicht en werkt graag samen in een dynamische omgeving.

Als lid van de afdeling Contractadministratie maak je deel uit van het Customer Service-team van het Securitas Operations Center in Geldrop — een enthousiast en gedreven team met veel afwisseling in het werk.

Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met ervaring in (financiële) administratie.
  • Ervaring met crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en het vermogen om snel met nieuwe systemen te werken. Ervaring met Navision, SharePoint, Routty of MAS is mooi meegenomen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Eigenaarschap, een gestructureerde werkwijze en ervaring met projectmatig werken.
  • Een klantgerichte, proactieve en flexibele houding, gecombineerd met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een resultaatgerichte instelling.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Een salaris van € 3.011,22 tot € 4.301,75 per 4 weken (o.b.v. fulltime).
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband.
  • Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar en inzetbaar tussen 08:30 en 17:00 uur
  • Hybride werken, maximaal 1 dag per week.
  • Werken in een branche met een belangrijke maatschappelijke rol, die continu in ontwikkeling is.
