Als Technical Specialist spielen Sie eine wesentliche Rolle bei der operativen Umsetzung unserer technischen Dienstleistungen. Unter der Leitung des Technical Specialist – Team Leader und in Abstimmung mit dem Team Planning & Support führen Sie Installationen und Wartungsarbeiten effizient, sicher und kundenorientiert durch.

Stellenbeschreibung

Zu Ihren Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten gehören:

  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Sicherheitssystemen wie Einbruchmeldeanlagen, Zutrittskontrolle , Videoüberwachung und Systemintegration sowie Inbetriebnahme der Systeme bei den Kunden
  • Arbeiten unter der Aufsicht des Technical Specialist – Team Leader unter Einhaltung der vom Technical Project Manager und/oder dem Team „Planning & Support“ festgelegten Prioritäten und Zeitpläne.
  • Mitwirken an der Qualität der Ausführung vor Ort durch Anwendung der technischen Standards und Sicherstellung der Konformität der Installationen.
  • Technische Anforderungen oder festgestellte Abweichungen melden und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse beitragen.

Qualifikationen

Der Technical Specialist sollte über folgende Kompetenzen verfügen:

  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich elektronischer Sicherheitssysteme.
  • Fähigkeit, Einsätze zu organisieren und Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Teams.
  • Serviceorientierung und Kundenorientierung.

Der Technical Specialist sollte folgende Eigenschaften mitbringen:

  • Grundausbildung: Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik oder Informatik (EFZ oder gleichwertig).
  • Zertifizierung: Zertifikate im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik (z. B. SES) sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung: in der Installation und Wartung von Sicherheitssystemen.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke, Systemintegration und MS Office; die Beherrschung spezifischer Installationssoftware ist von Vorteil.
