Zur Entlastung des aktuellen Stelleninhabers und CEOs sowie zur gezielten Verstärkung der Geschäftsleitung suchen wir ab dem 1\. Januar 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Bereichsleiter Vertrieb Schweiz (m/w/d).

Was du bewirkst ---------------

  • Führung des Bereichs Vertrieb Schweiz mit neun dezentralen Geschäftsstellen sowie zentralem Key Account Management und Vertriebsmanagement – in betriebswirtschaftlicher, fachlicher, organisatorischer und personeller Hinsicht
  • Umsetzung der Bereichsziele und \-strategien im Rahmen der Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Planung und Optimierung der Bereichsressourcen
  • Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereichsorganisation
  • Persönliche Betreuung von Grosskunden und Beeinflussern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Akquise und Umsetzung von Grossaufträgen und Sonderprojekten
  • Durchsetzung von Geschäftsbedingungen und Konditionen
  • Repräsentation in Branchenverbänden, Vereinigungen und bei Auflagestellen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Aktive Mitarbeit als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung bei der Erreichung der strategischen und operativen Unternehmensziele

Was du mitbringst -----------------

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (FH) mit vertieften Erfahrungen im technischen Umfeld oder technische Ausbildung (FH) mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung (NDS/MAS/EMBA)
  • Langjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Sicherheits\-, Elektro\- oder ICT\-Umfeld, Verkaufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Muttersprache Deutsch sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in ösisch und Englisch, Italienisch ist ein Plus
  • Persönliche Integrität, überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft sowie hohe soziale Kompetenzen
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der ganzen Schweiz
