Wir verstärken unser Team! In der Rolle als Senior Produkt Compliance Manager hast du die Möglichkeit, unser Produktmanagement am Hauptsitz in Zollikofen entscheidend zu unterstützen.

Senior Produkt Compliance Manager 80 \- 100 % (m/w/d)

Was du bewirkst

  • Du verfolgst regulatorische Entwicklungen, EU\-Gesetze und Normen und leitest daraus Produktanforderungen und Umsetzungsaufträge ab.
  • Du planst und steuerst die Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen im gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.
  • Du bewertest regulatorische Anforderungen und Produktrisiken, entwickelst pragmatische Umsetzungskonzepte, führst Compliance\-Reviews durch und koordinierst Nachweise.
  • Du berätst das Produktmanagement und die Entwicklung zu den Themen Regulierung, Zulassung und Produktfragen.
  • Du entwickelst Compliance\-Prozesse, Rollen und Methoden weiter und verankerst sie im Managementsystem.
  • Du vertrittst Securiton in internationalen Fach\- und Normierungsgremien und vermittelst dein regulatorisches Wissen innerhalb des Unternehmens.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung auf Stufe FH/HF oder gleichwertig, vorzugsweise in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in der Elektronikentwicklung mit, interessierst dich für regulatorische Fragestellungen und verfügst idealerweise über eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Product Compliance.
  • Du kannst regulatorische Vorgaben in verständliche, pragmatische und wirtschaftlich tragbare Anforderungen, Massnahmen und Umsetzungspläne übersetzen.
  • Du verstehst die Zusammenhänge von Produktentwicklung und Produktlebenszyklen und kennst technische Dokumentationen sowie internationale Zulassungs\- und Nachweisverfahren.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, transparent sowie selbstständig und steuerst bereichsübergreifende Themen und Projekte erfolgreich.
  • Du kommunizierst adressatengerecht, vertrittst deine Position überzeugend und hast Freude an der internationalen Fachzusammenarbeit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse.
