Was du bewirkst ---------------

  • Du erstellst Offerten und Auftragsbestätigungen mit technischen Inhalten und sorgst für eine professionelle Abwicklung unserer Kundenanfragen.
  • Du führst Kalkulationen durch und bearbeitest Mutationen von Wartungsverträgen zuverlässig und termingerecht.
  • Du erstellst ausschreibungsspezifische Dokumentationen und stellst die Vollständigkeit der Unterlagen sicher.
  • Du planst Grosssubmissionen und koordinierst die damit verbundenen internen Aufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt bei Events und Marketingaktivitäten und bringst dich aktiv in die Organisation ein.
  • Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch und bearbeitest ihre Anliegen kompetent und serviceorientiert.
  • Du planst und koordinierst deine Aufgaben selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
  • Du pflegst, erfasst und aktualisierst Daten sowie Referenzen und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung bestehender Prozesse und Wegleitungen sicher und unterstützt deren kontinuierliche Umsetzung.
  • Du erstellst Korrespondenzen und Berichte und überwachst Termine sowie spezifische Projekte.
  • Mit deinem Engagement sorgst du für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und begeisterst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden.

Was du mitbringst -----------------

  • Mit deiner technischen Grundausbildung mit EFZ bringst du die ideale Basis mit.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Fachperson SES/VKF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und CRM\-Systemen.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse sind ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt.
  • Erfahrung in der Sicherheitsbranche ist ein wertvolles Plus.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst vorausschauend und überzeugst mit einer zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise, auf die sich unsere Kunden verlassen können.
