Sua missão será atuar de forma consultiva e acolhedora, conduzindo o ciclo comercial inicial, do primeiro contato com os leads até o fechamento da matrícula. Requisitos Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior em Andamento (Administração, Marketing, Comercial e áreas afins). Experiência inicial a intermediária (1 a 2 anos) com suporte a vendas ou atendimento. Domínio de técnicas de negociação e planilhas eletrônicas (Excel). Organização, agilidade, excelente comunicação e foco em resultados. O que esperamos de você? Prospecção ativa e qualificação inicial de leads de entrada. Vendas consultivas focadas no atendimento direto ao aluno (B2C). Operação diária do CRM (RD Station, Zenvia) para movimentar leads no funil. Atendimento multicanal (E-mail, telefone e WhatsApp) garantindo uma experiência memorável.
