A Agência Segundo está em busca de um(a) Programador(a) / Desenvolvedor(a) para fazer parte do nosso time.

Procuramos alguém técnico, organizado e com visão prática para desenvolver sites, landing pages e soluções digitais que realmente funcionem para os clientes.

Aqui, o desenvolvedor não é só quem “faz tela”. É quem entende a necessidade do projeto, pensa na experiência do usuário, constrói páginas rápidas, responsivas e alinhadas com a estratégia de marketing.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver sites institucionais, landing pages e páginas de venda;
  • Criar páginas responsivas para desktop e mobile;
  • Realizar ajustes, melhorias e manutenções em sites existentes;
  • Configurar formulários, integrações, pixels e eventos quando necessário;
  • Apoiar o time de marketing em demandas técnicas;
  • Garantir boa performance, carregamento rápido e navegação intuitiva;
  • Organizar prazos e atualizações dos projetos em andamento.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento web;
  • Noção de HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress ou outras ferramentas de criação de sites;
  • Organização e responsabilidade com prazos;
  • Atenção aos detalhes;
  • Capacidade de transformar briefing em uma entrega funcional;
  • Boa comunicação com o time;
  • Visão prática para resolver problemas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com WordPress, Elementor, Webflow ou Framer;
  • Noção de SEO técnico;
  • Conhecimento em integrações com CRM, WhatsApp, formulários e automações;
  • Experiência com landing pages focadas em conversão;
  • Noção de UI/UX;
  • Conhecimento em Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel e Google Analytics.
